A pastor of a congregation finds himself engaged in a wide range of activities throughout the week. Sunday morning preaching and teaching are just the beginning of a long and eventful week. The pastor’s many administrative tasks require him to plan, organize and research. He needs to communicate with members of his congregation, his coworkers on the staff, and the community at large.
